Several people were killed in a Walmart supermarket in Virginia, in the United States following a shooting that took place on the evening of Tuesday, November 22.
An armed man opened fire on several people in the supermarket, shooting several of them.
The number of victim was not officially announced, but according to a police officer, the shooting would have killed a dozen deaths including the shooter. It was also this assessment that the Wusa television station reported.
“We have found several victims and several injured,” Leo Kosinski, Chesapeake police officer, said that the intervention teams had entered the store “immediately” when they arrived after an emergency call.
