“Seven teams of students from the Institute of Multimedia Arts at the University of Manouba (Isamam), Netinfo and the School of Arts and Cinema (EDAC) were selected from the applications with their film projects and followed throughout 2014, four training workshops for film production”, announces the French Institute of Tunisia and the Goethe-Institut.
The seven teams of students were led by Nina Grosse and Véronique Cratzborn, from France and Germany, as part of scenarios’ writing workshops, preparation for filming, assembly, production and finalization. The projects selected, around the theme chosen “The couple”, will be projected at Cinémadart, at La Marsa, Friday October 10 at 6 p.m.
The French ambassador Mr. François Gouyette and the German ambassador Mr. Andreas Reinicke will be present to attend the preview.
For its second 2014 edition, the Franco-German competition will allow the two winners at the end of a ceremony to receive two awards: a team will go to Berlin for the International Festival of Courts-Metrages Interfilm; The second will attend the Clermont-Ferrand International Courage International Film Festival.
The competition is supported by the Franco-German fund, in partnership with the National Center for Cinema and Image (CNCI).
