As part of the Tunis International Book Fair to be held from March 27 to April 5, the Cervantes Institute with the collaboration of the Spanish Embassy in Tunisia and the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports in Spain, organizes a meeting with the writer Lorenzo Silva.

The Cervantes Institute of Tunisia announces this Thursday, March 26, in a statement, that the meeting with the Spanish author will take place at the Palais des Expositions du Kram, on March 29, at Espace Bchira Ben Mrad from 5.30 pm.

Lorenzo Silva is described as one of the most popular authors of contemporary Spanish literary panorama. It is as a novelist that he excels, winning important prizes, such as the Nadal (2000) with “the impatient alchemist” and the prestigious Planeta prize (2012) with “the Marca del Meridiano”.

Since 2008 Lorenzo Silva has been the commissioner of the Madrid Polar Polar Festival, Getafe Negro. His works were translated into French, Arabic, Russian, German, Italian, Catalan, Portuguese, Danish, Czech, English and Greek.
