Monday, April 27, 2015, a conference on the theme “The Mediterranean of Cervantes” will take place at the headquarters of the Instituto Cervantes at 6 pm.
The historian Alfredo Alfar and the professor of the University of Manouba and member of the Academy of History Raja Yassine Bahri will revisit the writings of Miguel de Cervantes through the Mediterranean.
They will underline its passages in the cities of Naples, Tunis and Algiers and the influences of these cities on his work and his thought.
The Spanish conference will be translated simultaneously into French and will be part of the celebrations of International Book Day.
