A provision adopted in order to guarantee the transparency of the competition and to compensate for any attempt to facial matches.
This is all the more unjustified as the USM, in the same way as the USBG, are concerned mathematically by the title.
During the 2021-2022 season, the NFP had transgressed this rule by complying scrupulously.
This transgression brings us back to the famous sentence of Luis Fernandez, the former player and coach of PSG: “Inside the regulation, I accept everything; Outside, nothing ”.
