It is Wednesday June 21 from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. that the celebration of World Yoga Day will take place in Tunis.
The event will take place in free access to the dome of the El Menzah Sports Palace, with the active support of the Embassy of India in Tunisia.
Open to all, whatever age or technical level, this day includes meditation sessions, relaxation and breathing exercises and the possibility of interacting with Indian specialists about different yoga techniques.
