An earthquake of magnitude 4.2 on the Richter scale struck this Wednesday, February 22, 2023, Lebanon and Palestine, said the Euro-Mediterranean seismological center (CSEM) in Lebanon.
Some residents of the Lebanese coastal areas have felt the shock for the second consecutive day.
For its part, the official Palestinian news agency, WAFA, reported that a ten -second earthquake and 4,2 magnitude struck the north of Palestine. This earthquake occurred at a depth of 18 km, in the east of the Mediterranean.
