Ooredoo Tunisia continues its unwavering support for sport in Tunisia by announcing a new partnership with one of the pillars of sport in Tunisia and Africa, the Etoile Sportive du Sahel.
With new ideas and a new look, Ooredoo Tunisia signed, this Friday, June 23, 2023, during a press conference, held in its headquarters, a new partnership contract with one of the most prestigious Tunisian clubs, L’Etoile Sportive du Sahel.
The partnership was formalized in the presence of Mr. Mansoor Rashid Al-Khater, Managing Director of Ooredoo Tunisia, and Mr. Othman Jenayah, president of the Sports Etoile du Sahel, as well as in the presence of several senior ESS and a large number of journalists.
This partnership sounds like the first step of a common strategic course between Ooredoo and the Etoile du Sahel, which includes many components to support this club on several levels, in line with the objectives and aspirations of the star club.
In this context, Mr. Mansoor Rashid al-Khater, Managing Director of Ooredoo Tunisia, said: “We are very proud and happy with this partnership which is part of a global sports, economic and technological project, in accordance with our sports strategy and which represents a continuation of previous partnerships between Ooredoo and various other multidisciplinary sports clubs and the Tunisian National Olympic Committee Our organization of various sporting events. During this occasion, Ooredoo wanted to pay tribute to Othman Jenaya, president of ES Sahel, in recognition of his great career and the efforts made in his capacity as ESS president, but also for his abundant contribution to the support of sports in Tunisia.
For his part, Mr. Othman Jenayah said: “I would like to thank Ooredoo, our partner, for his confidence and his full support for Tunisian sport, I also want to underline the importance of this agreement, which will make it possible to ensure the financial and moral sustainability of the club”.
