A legend leaves us today. Egyptian actor Omar Sharif died today July 10, 2015 in Cairo. He was 83 years old.
His agent said he died following a heart attack in Cairo. He was in a specialized hospital for patients with Alzheimer’s.
His unforgettable roles have made him a world star, such as Laurence of Arabia or Doctor Jivago. He had two Golden Globes and an Oscar appointment for his role as Sherif Ali.
