A memorandum of understanding aimed at developing cultural exchanges between Tunisia and China was signed today in Pekin on the sidelines of the visit of the Minister of Tourism, Selma Elloumi Rekik.
This agreement between the Tuniso-Chinese Cooperation Center (CCTC) and the Information and Communication Center (CICC), which is the official information body of the Chinese government, aims to develop communication between the information bodies of the two countries.
Moreover, the El Hiwar Ettounsi channel and the Production Company Propaganda are already part of this agreement which could soon contain other media (TVs and radios).
Recall that the CCTC, chaired by Dr Mohamed Sahbi Basli, was created in order to consolidate the partnership between Tunisia and China and promote exchanges between them. As for the CICC, it is responsible for promoting the image of China abroad.
