The Federal Russian Air Transport Agency has sent a telegram to the leaders of Russian airlines in which it invites them to submit proposals to develop air links with eleven different countries, including Tunisia.

The countries which are affected by this correspondence are Burma, Malaysia, South Africa, Tunisia, Ethiopia, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Indonesia, Morocco, Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.

Here is the text of the telegram: “To the managers of the airline: I ask you to submit proposals for the development of air transport with the following countries in the Department of Transport and International Cooperation of the Federal Air Transport Agency before 5:00 pm: Opening of direct flights since and from Russia to Myanmar, Malaysia, South Africa, Tunisia, Ethiopia Bangladesh, Vietnam, Indonesia, Morocco, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia ”.

The document specifies, moreover, that this agency collects proposals to increase the air trips of Russian cities to the cities of Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, India, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kirghizstan, Tadjikistan, Thailand, Turkey, Uzbekistan, of Egypt, and Turkmenistan.

Faced with a commercial embargo from the countries of the euro area and a political isolation led by the United States, Russia is charming allies in Africa and Asia in addition to its traditional Chinese partner to find outlets for its products.

Monday, March 20, Vladimir Putin announced, during his speech to the 2nd International Parliamentary Conference Russia-Africa, that Russia is ready to deliver wheat to Africa free of charge, even if the cereal agreement with kyiv is not extended.
