“The border of the sky” is not a film, it is an almost ordinary story that will not leave you indifferent, it is a nice work on mourning and an excellent game of actors around a story of a couple.
The couple in question is interpreted an Anissa Daouad, divinely deep and by a Lotfi Abdelli, not funny at all, who had already moved us in Shimshar and who had a lot cried in this film. It is not a style effect but many moviegoers had tears in the eyes after the screening of this film at the Carthage Cinematic Days.
Fares Naanaa that we rediscover as a director was very fine, sensitive and intelligent in his approach. We understand that a child (who is his daughter in real life) died without having it in the image, we are seized by the turmoil of the mother without her expresses them, we are ravaged by the distress of the father without her word.
The borders of the sky is not a film that is told, it is a film that we discover.
Produced by Cinetelefilms Prod, you can see it since Monday at the Cinemas Le Colisée, Cinevog, the Alhambra La Marsa, Cinejamil, the Agora, the Palace Tunis, the Palace Sousse, the Rio and in Bizerte at the Cultural Space Le Majestic.
