A bus carrying pilgrims in the direction of Mecca, ignited after a collision on a bridge yesterday Monday March 27.
According to a first assessment, 20 people died, and thirty others were injured, reports a Saudi state television.
“According to preliminary information that we have received, the number of deaths in this accident reached 20, and the total number of injured was around 29,” said Al-Ekhbariya channel. The victims are “different nationalities”, according to the chain, which has not given more details.
