The Hammamet International Cultural Center welcomes a cultural meeting placed under the sign of popular memory on Friday 20 January at 4 p.m.
Registered in the Dar Sebastian Friday calendar, this meeting will allow the contents of the radio program “Les Nomades Carnets” produced by our colleague Hatem Bourial for RTCI.
Created in 2011, this program aims to go up the traces of popular and cultural memory and attempts to open up certain peasant or urban knowledge. Blinding the roads of Tunisia and surveying Tunisian memory, this program makes it possible to link traditional or academic knowledge among themselves to make a contemporary synthesis.
Broadcast every Sunday at 8:30 am, this production of RTCI which goes on its seventh year, is intended to be an encyclopedia both bookish and peasant.
It is from this experience that Hatem Bourial will talk about memory, sometimes invisible transmissions and Tunisianity.
Organized by the Hammamet International Cultural Center with the assistance of the ADFE Cap Bon and the Ibn Rochd circle, this meeting inaugurates a weekly cycle which will now be welcomed every Friday in Dar Sebastian.
