Meta launched, yesterday Wednesday, the latest from social networks: Threads. It is a microblogging social network that should compete with Twitter.
Even if the platform has not yet been available in Europe or in Africa, nor in Asia, Threads has already recorded ten million registrations.
“Let’s go. Welcome to Threads, “wrote Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg, on his Threads account, a message that has collected several thousand” likes “in a few minutes, a sign of the start of this newcomer to social networks.
With a general thread, the platform looks like Twitter and already has institutional actors, including Netflix or that of the specialized information site The Hollywood Reporter.
