An emblematic man of French distribution, Moez-Alexandre Zouari has been appointed to be the future boss of the group, if the takeover offer he carries with his partners Xavier Niel and Matthieu Pigasse is successful.
Moez-Alexandre Zouari was born on February 6, 1971 in France, Tunisian parents. He is son and grandson of cookie and sugar traders.
Moez has studied trade at Paris-Dauphine University, immediately after he married Soraya. The two children, from Tunisian immigration, Soraya medical, methodical and discreet student, affable, extroverted and creative boy, will experience an atypical course.
From 1998, the couple began to survey Paris in search of small non -profitable businesses, sometimes in bankruptcy, to be bought. Their first purchase is a mini -market in Menilmontant in the 20th arrondissement of Paris.

With his wife Soraya, Moez-Alexandre Zouari has 49% of the Picard frozen company, as well as a few hundred stores under the franchise of the Casino group.
Their fortune is evaluated by challenges at 800 million euros in 2021, which would make it the 128th fortune of France.
