The regional consultative commission for monitoring state land proceeded this Wednesday, August 6, 2025, to the recovery of the state agricultural farm “Bejaoua 1”, previously rented to the “Zeina” agricultural development and agricultural development company, in execution of a judicial decision issued by state litigation.
This farm, with an area of more than 163 hectares, is located in the delegation of Oued Ellil, in the governorate of Manouba.
The area recovered, made up of naked land and constructions, has been given to the services of the Office of Tomatal Lands (land management unit recovered from the Grand Tunis), pending its reallow in accordance with the legal procedures in force.
The recovery operation took place under the supervision of the Governor of Manouba and in the presence of several regional officials.
