US Ben Guerdane said on Thursday evening that one of its managers on the bus on the verge of which smuggling goods have been seized, recognized these facts and assume full responsibility.
The club specifies, in a press release, that two club officials were removed from their functions and that an internal investigation was opened to determine the responsibilities.
The club’s bus was arrested Thursday by the National Guard services at the Ouedhref exchanger (Gabès governorate) carrying three players and one manager and responsible for various smuggling goods with a total value of around 231 thousand dinars, according to a press release from the Ministry of the Interior.
