The Algerian Foreign Ministry announced today on Tuesday that Morocco said that it does not need the humanitarian aid proposed by Algeria.
According to a statement from the aforementioned department, the Moroccan Minister of Justice, however, declared on Monday that Morocco accepted the humanitarian aid proposed by Algeria.
Algeria had informed Morocco through the Consulate General of Algeria in Casablanca of the measures taken by the Algerian government to charter three large capacity planes in order to transport humanitarian aid in Morocco, in accordance with essential needs in the event of natural disasters.
Algerian diplomacy affirms that Algeria has learned of Morocco’s refusal to accept these aids and “will learn the necessary lessons”.
