The Governor of the Central Bank of Tunisia (BCT), Marouane Abassi and the Minister of Economy and Planning Samir Saied will be in Marrakech (Morocco) to participate in the annual assemblies of the Governors of the World Bank Group (BM) and the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
These assemblies will be held from October 9 to 15, 2023 in Morocco and should bring together finance ministers, the governors of central banks, representatives of civil society organizations and experts from university circles in 190 countries, in order to discuss issues related to international development challenges.
The event will also give rise to a whole series of seminars, regional information sessions, conferences and other sessions devoted to the global economy, international development and the international financial system.
On the occasion of the assemblies, several bodies meet, in particular the Development Committee, the International Monetary and Financial Committee (CMFI), the group of ten and the group of twenty-four.
