The Palestinian state demands an investigation by the International Criminal Court (ICC) after the deadly explosion which took place at the Al-Ahli hospital in Gaza on Tuesday October 17, 2023.
According to Hala Abu Hassira, the Palestine ambassador to France, the Palestinian authority has therefore filed a file today before the ICC. The Ambaasdrice also recalled that “this is not the first time that Israel has targeted civil infrastructure and more particularly hospitals”.
It should be recalled that at least 500 people were killed this Tuesday in a strike on Ahli Arab hospital, downtown Gaza, on the eleventh day of the war between Israel and Hamas and on the eve of the visit to Israel of the American president Joe Biden.
