The Sports Hope of Tunis drew (0-0) against the Angolan of Petro Luanda, this evening, as part of the fourth day of the group stage of the African Champions League.
Opting from the start for a defensive strategy, the East quickly found itself under the domination of the Angolan. The latter had several opportunities to score during the first half, but failed to make them happen, colliding with a very vigilant expectation.
In the second half, the Hope of Tunis was more organized in attack, managing to threaten the opposing camp, in particular thanks to Rodriguo Rodriguez in the 65th minute, whose strike was rejected by the Angolan defense.
The blood and gold have thus managed to bring back a point which allows them to classify, temporarily, second (5 points) behind the Angolan (8 points).
This is the second draw immediately conceded by the East after that of the previous day against the same opponent, on December 9 in Radès.
