Indeed, a delegation of the Hamas resistance movement leads discussions with Russian diplomats in the capital Moscow, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said on Thursday.
Russian diplomacy spokesperson Maria Zakharova said at a press conference in Moscow: “I can say and confirm the presence of representatives of the Palestinian Hamas movement in Moscow”.
“The results of the discussions will be communicated later,” added Zakharova.
Note also that diplomatic sources have not confirmed a meeting between this group and Russian president Putin.
