Hamas’ military branch estimated yesterday October 26 that nearly fifty Israeli hostages detained in the Gaza Strip had been killed by Israeli strikes since the war on October 7.
“The Qassam brigades believe that the number of Israeli hostages that have been killed in the Gaza Strip because of Zionist bombings and massacres, has reached nearly fifty,” said the group in a message on Telegram.
It should be remembered that Hamas had reported 22 hostages killed on October 16 and that the number increases every day due to the massive bombing of the Gaza Strip.
For its part, the Israeli army slightly revised the number of identified hostages on Thursday: “We informed families of 224 hostages that their relatives were detained in the Gaza Strip,” it said.
