After being exhibited at the 15th edition of the Documenta, a world -renowned modern and contemporary art exhibition that is held every five years for 100 days in Cassel in Germany, the Swiss Embassy in Tunisia invited the Siwa platform to organize a partial restitution of the exhibition on its premises.
These works have not yet been exhibited in Tunisia and in order to allow the Tunisian public to discover these unique and poetic works, the exhibition, takes place from February 9 to March 2, 2023 at the headquarters of the Swiss Embassy in Tunisia.
A Ette Occasion are presented to the Tunisian public: a filmed testimony of Brahim Ben Ahmed, the Photos-Collage drawings of Mohamed Abidi on the Harga, the original writings and drawings drawn from the notebook produced by the Siwa team at the Economat as well as two videos designed by Okacha Ben Salah-one in black and white on the city of Redeyef, and Economat.
The exhibition was launched on February 9 on the occasion of open doors, followed by discussions between the public and the members of Siwa, a cocktail and a concert of the musicians of the Eonomat (Loup Uberto, Tahar Ezzedini, Alia Dhahri, Haythem Ben Bousaha).
