The Al-Jazeera news channel announced that its featured Wael Al Dahdouh correspondent was injured by ball this Friday, December 15, 2023 during a media coverage in a school in Khan Younès.
Wael was shot in ball at the level of his arm, while several other people were also injured.
Some sources evoke a drone that would have targeted a team of journalist in this school.
Wael Dahdouh, reporter and Al Jazeera correspondent in Gaza, had lost his whole family, decimated during an Israeli raid a few weeks ago. Indeed, his wife, son and daughter had been killed on Wednesday October 25, 2023, by an Israeli bombardment.
