It is from this Thursday, May 11 that the Tunisian artist Faten Rouissi exhibits a new series entitled “Ubiquité” and in which she delivers a praise to color.
Thought for an approach to the intimate link between here and elsewhere, this series is available according to several elements of various formats and also includes a wall sculpture.
It is with the complicity of the exhibition commissioner Aude Minart that Faten Rouissi participates in “African crossing”, a contemporary art journey in the city of Paris.
Once again, Faten Rouissi surprises by exhibiting his works in an unexpected place. After the Ford showroom in Tunis, it is the turn of the Parisian space Duvivier Canapés to welcome this new series by the Tunisian artist.
The opening of the exhibition bearing the title “Echo” will take place today and will bring together works by three African artists who are Yao Metsoko, Zian Alabdeen and Faten Rouissi.
The opening of this exhibition takes place in an original place since it is a showroom, located in Saint Germain, in rue Mazarine, where art galleries and innovative spaces are concentrated. The exhibition will continue until August at the Duvivier Sofa space which is thus mobilizing for art and for Africa.
