Journalists taken hostage live!

Several journalists and other employees of an Ecuadorian public television have been taken, today, hostage live by armed men.

The images are cold in the back. Armed men burst on Tuesday, January 9, afternoon on the set of a public television (TC) in Guayaquil, in the southwest of the equator on Tuesday, January 9, hosting journalists and other employees, according to the images broadcast live.

In the middle of the shots, the broadcasting of these surrealist images continued live for long minutes, despite the extinction of the lights on the set and the freezing camera. Until apparently the intervention of the police with cries of “police!” Police! ».

This hostage taking comes as the state of emergency was declared after the escape Sunday of Fito, chief of the main criminal gang of the country which caused massive uprisings in the prisons.
