Salman Rushdie, the very conversed British writer, is back on the media scene.
Known for his publication of “Satanic Verses”, in September 1988, of which he described the Prophet of Islam Mohamed as a false prophet who mixes between Satanic verses with the divine. Unsurprisingly, the reaction of the Muslim community was immediate and a fatwa of Ayatollah Rouhollah Khomeini who demanded the execution of Rushdie.
Today, Salman Rushdie, in an interview with Bigthink.com, he returns with his animosity to Muslims and declares that the best way to release Iran is to bomb the country with consoles from Nintendo and “Big Mac” (“I Often Think That the Best Way to Liberate Iran Is Just To Drop Nintendo Consoles from the air and big »).
