Yann Sasse opened the scoring for the east from the third minute, followed by a second goal from Rodrigo in the 26th minute. The African club has reduced the gap thanks to a penalty transformed by Kingsley Eduwo in the 101st minute.
The match was disrupted by interruptions due to jets of bottles and smoke bombs, creating a chaotic atmosphere on the field. Despite these incidents, the East maintained its advance to win this passionate meeting.
The Sports Hope of Tunis thus consolidates its first place in the ranking with 20 points, followed by the US Monastir with 15 points. The African club is in the sixth place with 7 points.
