The El Menzah Olympic swimming pool will be renovated as part of a public-private partnership
Friday, June 14, the Minister of Youth and Sports (MJS), Kamel Dégué, led a working session at the headquarters of his department, focused on the adoption of preliminary studies for the rehabilitation and exploitation project of the El Menzah Olympic swimming pool.
According to a press release published by the MJS on its Facebook page, this project is part of a public-private partnership, serving as a pilot project in the fields of youth and sport.
This working session follows the examination and exchange of proposals concerning the technical aspects of the updated version of the budget allocated to this project. This budget was determined by a design office appointed by the general public-private partnership body.
Recall, in this context, that the renovation and rehabilitation works of the Belvedere swimming pool were launched last February following the call and the intervention, urgent of the President of the Republic.
As such, BIAT is committed to finance the complete restoration of the municipal pool of the Belvedere as well as its annexes.
