See you on Saturday September 16 for the resumption of conferences at the Diocesan Library of Tunis.
The Diocesan Library of Tunis resumes its meeting cycles after the summer break. The first conference of the year will take place on Saturday September 16 at 10 a.m. and will focus on the theme of the history of Catholic processions in Tunisia.
Hatem Bourial, in an unprecedented synthesis, will go back in time in the footsteps of the various Catholic processions which took place both in Tunis and in other cities, on the occasion of Corpus Christi, for the Assumption, the opening of the month of Mary or the commemorations of Saint Joseph and the Saintes perpetuates and congratulations.
This first conference of the cultural season will also return to the revival of the procession of August 15 in La Goulette, insofar as it remains the most emblematic and lasting of Catholic processions in Tunisia.
For the record, the diocesan library is in the medina of Tunis, at 7 rue Sidi Saber by rue Jamaa Ezzitouna.
