A cultural cooperation agreement was signed on Friday October 13, 2023 between Tunisia and Venezuela.
This cultural cooperation program will span a period of three years, from 2024 to 2026 and aims to strengthen the relations of cooperation between the two countries in the cultural field and to develop the prospects for cooperation in various sectors, in particular cinema, plastic arts, book, translation and heritage.
The text of the agreement also stipulates the organization of artistic and cultural events and the exchange of expertise in scientific and creative matters.
The signing ceremony of the Tuniso-Venezuelan cultural agreement took place yesterday at the headquarters of the Ministry of Cultural Affairs. The text of the Agreement was signed by the Minister of Cultural Affairs, Hayet Ketat Guermazi, and the Venezuelan Vice Minister of African Affairs, Yuri Pimentel, in the presence of the ambassador of his country to Tunisia, Carlos Feo Acevedo.
