This file dates from the dark period of injustice, abuses and attacks on the freedom and dignity of people, the time of the dictatorship of Ben Ali. The victim is none other than the activist and journalist SIHEM BEN SEDRINE who was insulted more than once, under the orders of the fallen president, through a few feathers in the pay of the fugitive.
Today, everyone wanting to recover their rights, their file has just been delivered to the table by their lawyer, Maître Abderraouf Ayadi, who advised the judicial authorities that the complaint then filed by his client had no follow -up. These are articles published by three newspapers in the place affecting his person and his dignity.
This complaint concerns the three editors -in -chief Abdelhamid Riahi, of the newspaper “Achourouq”, Abdelaziz Jéridi, director of the newspaper “Al Hadath”, and Salah Hajja, director of the newspaper “Assarih” who published on their pages, during the reign of Ben Ali, insulting articles against Sihem Ben Sedrine, reports the London newspaper of Arabic “al qods al arabi”.
According to the lawyer for Sihem Ben Sedrine, these officials touched substantial sums in order to attack any opponent and give a “radiant” face of the power in place, considering these favors as a flight from the public good which must be given to the State … business to follow.
