In partnership with the 24th edition of the theatrical days of Carthage, the French Institute of Tunisia Co-Program The Jungle Book show, December 2 at 9 p.m. and December 3 at 3 p.m. at the Théâtre de l’Opéra de Tunis.
“Jungle Book” by Robert Wilson and Cocorosia, according to “The Jungle Book” by Rudyard Kipling. A creation of the Théâtre de la Ville de Paris.
The highlight of French participation in the JTC 2023 is of course the adaptation of the “Book of the Jungle”, a show which should drain the general public.
It is in a staging, Robert Wilson’s sets and lights that the public will discover this work whose music and words recited in French and sung in English are signed by Cocorosia.
Lasting 75 minutes, this show is intended for all audiences from the age of eight and will be given at the Opera Theater, the largest room in the City of Culture.
