According to Al Masdar, Arabic version of the Webmanagercerer information site, an event as surprising as it is dangerous took place in Zaghouan last Saturday.
The Zaghouan Court of First Instance which was the scene of a muscular entry on the part of agents and executives of the National Guard. The latter decided to use force to release a colleague, captain, suspected of homicide on a young man in the Fahs region.
The judge had ordered the opening of an investigation against this suspect, but that was without counting on the colleagues of the latter who applied their own justice.
Also according to Al Masdar, these people informed the central administration of the National Guard of everything that had happened.
Contacted on this subject, the Ministry of Justice confirms the case and tells us that an arrest warrant was launched against “the captain” who ended up returning to the jaws of Zaghouan the same day.
