The French vote, this Sunday for the first round of legislative elections which promise to be very suspense after the dissolution of the National Assembly which could open the way to the accession of the far right in power.
The French go to the polls, this Sunday, June 30, 2024 in the context of the anticipated legislative elections decided after the dissolution by President Emmanuel Macron of the National Assembly on June 9.
If the results of this election could upset the political landscape, the ballot remains undecided. Except that the national rally of Marine Le Pen and Jordan Bardella, pants in the polls, which credited it from 34 to 37% of the voting intentions with the prospect of obtaining a relative or absolute majority on July 7, on the evening of the second round.
The RN will be mainly opposed to the left alliance of the new Popular Front, given between 27.5 and 29%, and the presidential camp, relegated around 20 to 21% of the first round voting intentions.
Strong participation is expected for these highly anticipated legislative elections and should be around 67% of the 49 million registered on the electoral lists.
