The head of the Tunisian delegation at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, Ridha Mannaï, announced that following a slight discomfort felt by the swimmer Ahmed Jaouadi and in accordance with the medical examinations carried out by the delegation doctor, it was decided not to include him in the 10,000 meter -free race in the Seine, scheduled for today, on Friday, August 9, 2024.
The Tunisian swimmer Ahmed Jaouadi failed to get on the podium in the previous two race of the 1500 and 800 meters freestyle.
It should be noted that Jaouadi was close to winning bronze at the 800 meter freestyle, finishing in fourth place. The young Tunisian had to catch up in the rest of the Olympic events, especially since his chances of a medal seemed promising.
