A Frenchwoman of North African origin was with her husband and two children on vacation in Djerba and more precisely at the Palm Beach Coralia hotel. And according to her, she was allegedly attacked on August 03, by the hotel director and other people who were searching her room.

This woman was criticized for stolen the handbag of a hotel receptionist. On the other hand, we would have found in the room of this family “5 kilos of croissants, 120 sheets, goblets, straws, towels, toilet paper”.
Back in France and always under medications, suffering from blue on the arm and “a state of post-trauma stress requiring medical and psychological care”, this woman decided not to stay to do anything and to ask for reparation.
We contacted the hotel management in question to have its version of the facts. On August 03, the director, Khaled Sou, asked, following a report from the governor general, to the leisure manager Hotel-club Nouvelles Frontières, Benjamin Laloux, to come with him to Chamber 347 where the client lived. This story acts in fact, certainly, but it can make bad publicity for our tourism even if the management of the hotel is not in wrong.
