Charlie Hebdo is done … fire and hack!

You had to expect it. The siege of Charlie Hebdo, the French satirical weekly who released a number called “Sharia Hebdo” with “Muhammad editor” (see our article: Charlie wants to Charrier with his “Sharia weekly”, with Muhammad as editor …), was the target of an attack on the Moloto Cocktail which caused a fire destroying the material of the newspaper. What AFP reported.

On the other hand, the weekly website was hacked, apparently by Turks since the first thing to appear on the home page was a message in English and … Turkish, titled “for Islam” and denouncing the use of the image of the Prophet. Subsequently, a photo of the Kaaba in Mecca, with the phrase “No God but Allah” (“no other God than Allah”) appeared. On the other hand, according to the Korben.info site, one of the hacked pages reveals the signature of Turkish hackers: Cyber Warrior.

Despite these reprisals, the number “Sharia weekly”, of which the UN had been put on the net on Monday and had raised many indignant comments, was to be distributed in kiosks, since according to a columnist of the weekly, the newspaper “is not against Muslims (but) a newspaper to say that we can laugh at everything. It is the best proof of freedom and democracy ”. This could lead to other incidents.

As for French policies, they denounced this act that some consider an attack, recalling that France is “a secular state” and that one should not “confuse a handful of fools, morons (…) with the mass of our Muslim compatriots who practice their faith in peace”.
