This is the title chosen by the Austrian electronic newspaper, ‘Wienerzeitung’, which preferred not to reveal the comprehensive names of the actors in this case.
History dates back a few years. When a certain Ahmed K. (38) living in Vienna and working in a security society, began to have problems with his ‘friend’, an ex-high executive of the RCD named Mohamed T. (69) because of land located in Tunisia. According to the newspaper, the victim, installed in Vienna, had created an association close to the Ben Ali. The relationship between the two men has seriously deteriorated to the point of coming, on several occasions, to the hands. Until the day, Ahmed, to the climax of his anger, decided to take revenge. The assassination took place on January 28 in front of the house of this ex-line. Had the culprit waited for the right time, after January 14, to take revenge on his victim? According to the prosecutor, Eva Maria Stagni, there is no political reason behind this murder. Rather, it is a purely financial dispute between the two men.
According to the same sources, the victim, Mohamed, remained a week under close surveillance before succumbing to his injuries, after having received hammer blows on his head, the day of the crime. Result: skull fracture and brain trauma.
This afternoon, the culprit was referred to the Vienna Criminal Court which has just announced his verdict: twenty years in prison. Once the judgment was pronounced, the victim appealed.
