Seven Tunisian clubs are still on the FIFA update list due to unresolved disputes and are therefore still prohibited from recruitment.

According to this last update carried out by the FIFA litigation resolution chamber, twenty disputes concern the Tunisian clubs concerned.

The African club has another six files to settle to remove the recruitment ban. CS Chebbien and O. Béja are required to regularize four disputes each.

The Etoile du Sahel has two disputes to be regularized in order to benefit from a recruitment ban lifting just like US Tataouine (2). Finally, AS Réjiche and AS Soliman have only one outstanding file.

Note, however, that the African Club and the Etoile du Sahel transferred the amounts due to settle disputes and await the finalization of administrative procedures for an official lifting of the sanction of FIFA.
