The arrest of the young rapper Anis Mrabti (better known by the pseudo of volcanis) makes a lot of noise on social networks. His song “Matbadal Chay” which shoots red balls on the government is, according to many, at the origin of its arrest (see the video at the bottom of the page).
A video, currently turning on Facebook, shows the Anis family who denounces her son’s arrest there after his song (see the video at the bottom of the page). His father reports that six police officers entered their homes without showing their card, asked Anis if he was the rapper Volcanis and if he was the author of the said song. Responding in the affirmative, Anis was put in handcuffs and embarked by the police. His PC was confiscated.
Today, the Ministry of the Interior has published a press release on its Facebook page, categorically refuting that the lyrics of the Volcanis song are at the origin of its arrest. According to the MI, the arrest of Anis Mrabti would be a matter of public law, which his parents have never mentioned. They suggested that the police were looking for the rapper, author of the song.
Contacted on this subject, a source from the ministry told us that Anis Mrabti would be involved in a cocaine traffic case. A case filled with this substance was stolen from KEF and it would be involved with eleven other people in this case. As for the confiscated PC, it serves the police to identify anise contacts.
