Intisma al-Timimi is evolving in the management team of the El Gouna Film Festival
The El Gouna Film Festival (GFF) announces a significant change within its management team. Intishal al-Timimi, who was the director Festival since its creation in 2017will move to a new role. However, it will continue to contribute to the growth and success of the festival in new functions.
Indeed, as of this day, Intishal Al-Timimi will assume the role of member of the International Advisory Council, where he will offer strategic prospects to support the growth of the El Gouna film festival. In addition, in his new function of strategic advisor, he will guide the team of the El Gouna film festival, ensuring the continuation of a culture of excellence and innovation.
The founder of the festival, Samih Sawiris, speaking on this transition, said: ” I would like, on behalf of each of us at the El Gouna Film Festival, express our deepest appreciation to Intishal Al-Timimi for his exceptional leadership and his innumerable contributions. AMR Mansi will continue to lead the GFF team as an executive director. He will be supported by Marianne Khoury as an artistic director and by the critic Andrew Mohsen as responsible for the programming, ensuring a smooth transition and a continuous success for the El Gouna film festival during his 7th edition which will take place from October 24 to November 1, 2024.
