Damage to the Gaza War will cost between $ 14 and $ 20 billion, estimated the World Bank.
World Bank President Ajay Banga estimated that the cost of damage caused by the war in Gaza would now be between $ 14 and $ 20 billion, adding that the destruction caused by Israeli bombing on Lebanon-South would be added to this regional total, reports Reuters.
The president of the World Bank recalled that the war had had a relatively low impact on the world economy, but that a “significant extension of the conflict” involving other countries which contribute more to global growth, including exporters of raw materials, could impact it harder.
