The Executive Committee of the African Football Confederation (CAF) has decided to replace the entire arbitration team for the meeting of the preliminary tour of the African Cup of Nations between the Tunisian national team and that of Madagascar.
The new referees team, made up of three officials from Gabon, will be led by Pierre Ghislain Atcho, with Cameroonian referee Antoine Essouma as fourth official.
In addition, the CAF decided to change the place of the meeting, initially planned at the FNB stadium in Johannesburg. The match will now take place at the Loftus Versfeld stadium in Pretoria. The date and time of the meeting remain unchanged, with a kick -off scheduled for November 14, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. Tunis time.
