The administrative schedule of Tunisie Telecom for Ramadan

Tunisie Telecom informs its kind customers and partners that working hours during the month of Ramadan will be as follows:

• Trade agencies will be open Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. and Saturday permanently from 8:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.

• Call centers will ensure the various services throughout the day 24/24 and 7 days a week.

• Administrative services will be open Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. and Saturday permanently from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
