Friday, May 22, Lamjed Chakroun is waiting for her bus when a young girl is attacked by two men. The young self-employed building entrepreneur, who arrived in France in 2006, did not think twice before going to help him.

One of the two attackers then takes out a knife from his bag, Lamjed Chakroun is afraid and begins to run but the two men catch him, injuring him first with the calf and then to the torso. It is affected in the lung and shoulder.
Under the eyes of around twenty people
The scene took place before twenty people who did not move, even when the young Tunisian emptied his blood after the two attackers left.

Only a passerby lent him his T-shirt to press his wounds. He was transported to the Timone hospital and is safe, reports Provence.

This Sunday, May 24, the mayor of the 6th-8th arrondissements of Marseille, Yves Moraine expressed his intention to put the medal of honor to Lamjed Chakroun for his courage:
