This photo illustrates the most dangerous place in Bizerte.
It is the roundabout located at the confluence of boulevard Hassan Ennouri and the road leading to the Dh’har El Kodia district, where stadium is located in October 15, baptized Ahmed Karoui sports complex.
A few years ago, a commemorative plaque in memory of the late Ahmed Kaoui, former president of the Athletic club Bizertin, was built there.
A laudable initiative to remind, no doubt, to the supporters heading to the stadium the sacrifices made by this leader who will have marked the history of the club.
The catch in all of this: the imposing clog clog, somewhat, the view to motorists who, who arrived at this place, now ride instinctively.
Let’s pass the plate. Admire this majestic tree that the city services thought they were planted, as a sign of greenery and ecology.
Result of the races: motorists from Dh’har El Kodia (stadium side October 15), who arrived at this roundabout, do not benefit from any angle of view.
And most of the time, they “come out” at their own risk. And we do not count the collisions that have occurred – and which will continue to occur – at this level.
Gentlemen those responsible for roads (or greenery), remove this tree that I cannot see.
