The cultural event “The screens of Hammamet” offers two debates that should interest young filmmakers. These debates concern video art and small budget film production.
To encourage producers and directors to create self-produced films with a reduced budget, a panel entitled “Cinématographic production at a low budget”: a constraint or a freedom? Will be held on August 6, 2024 at 11:00 am as part of the directors, Habib Mestiri, Abdelhamid Bouchnak and Abdallah Yahia.
In addition, to promote the importance of the image, visual language and new artistic trends in the video, a conference entitled “Video art, between creation and broadcasting channels” will be held on August 7 at 11 am, with the participation of the gallery owner Selma Feriani, the photo director Amine Messadi and the visual artist Malek Gnaoui.
